“where do you go when it’s over, what do you do when you’ve come to the last day of summer?” 💙⚡️

where do i begin? to say this show was the best experience of my life would be a severe understatement. i’ve been trying to find the right words since it closed, and nothing ever feels big enough to hold what this meant to me. Percy was such a huge leap for me, and somehow he found parts of me i didn’t know existed. he opened something in me that i don’t think will ever fully close again, and i don’t think i want it to.

Percy taught me so much about myself, my emotions, and the way i experience friendships and struggle, but more than anything, he taught me how to feel things fully and not be afraid of it. to be lighthearted, yet so vulnerable. getting to live inside of that, even for a little while, is something i will never be able to put into words, no matter how hard i try.

there is such a quiet kind of heartbreak in letting this go. i keep thinking about all the “lasts” i didn’t realize were happening at the time—the last bow, the last laugh backstage, the last time hearing the music start, the last “Good Kid”—and how i would give anything to live those moments one more time. to hold on a little tighter.

this show has been my life for the past seven months and frankly, i’m not sure where my life will go from here. but i know this show has given me pieces of myself i didn’t have before, people i will carry with me forever, and memories i will take with me wherever i go.

thank you to everyone who supported our show, we truly appreciate each and every one of you. this show wouldn’t have been what it is without our fantastic audience.

@laurenasparker , @abcdaniellelise , and @pstepp , i don’t think i will ever be able to fully thank you for this. you believed in me when i wasn’t sure i could believe in myself, and that is something i will carry for the rest of my life. thank you for trusting me with Percy, for guiding me, and for giving me a place where i felt like i truly belonged.

i think a part of me will always be there. i will shed a tear every time i eat a chicken tender for the rest of my life 🫶

I’ve always been a smart girl 🦉🧢⚡️

I feel so incredibly greatful and honored to have been able to play “Annabeth Chase” in Percy Jackson and The Lighting Thief at @littletheaterofgastonia!! This has been a dream role of mine since I was in the 6th grade, because if you know me then you know how much of a Percy Jackson fan I am. I am so blessed to have been able to preform with the sweetest cast and couldn’t have asked for a better show for my senior year in the MTTI class.

Thank you to everyone who came and saw the show! Your energy was amazing and I adored having my friends and family come see.

Of course, huge shoutout to @laurenasparker @abcdaniellelise and @pstepp for allowing be to play this role. You guys are amazing and I am for thankful for all you have done for me!!

looking like tenders ❤️
