Lydia officially turned SIX this week! She is blossoming before our eyes and we are the luckiest to call her ours. She is beautiful inside and out - she’s talented, sweet (and sometimes spicy), the best big sister/mini mama, a lover of adventure, and little miss independent. I can’t believe she’s not my tiny baby anymore…but it turns out six year olds are pretty cool. Happy birthday princess!

POV: you found a workout that gets you excited to go to the gym 🤩

there are COUNTLESS forms of exercise; are all of them effective? absolutely.
will all of them be effective for YOU? absolutely not.

that’s the fun part about fitness.. everything may not be for you but there is something for everyone.
don’t get me wrong, i LOVE my time of the gym floor; with my air pods in, music turned up, pushing myself to see how heavy I can lift or how many reps i can get in.
but i also LOVE taking my AirPods out, walking into a group fitness room, being told what to do, being pushed by my peers, smiling and laughing through my workouts!!

if fitness is something you hate, chances are is that you just haven’t found the best form of fitness for you!!
try something new until you find YOU 🫶

One month with Will ✨

We are all very much smitten by this little boy. He is a calming presence in our home and we cannot get enough of him!

I’m so proud of my big kids and how well they’ve adjusted to our new family dynamic. They are the sweetest older siblings - teaching him everything they know, telling him stories, loving on him, and making sure he’s well taken care of. We can’t wait to watch this sweet boy grow 🫶🏼

Hadley is 4!!! She is sweet, silly, has the most contagious laugh, and is always ready to play! We love her so much and can’t believe she is 4!

Grayson is 1! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone! He is such a sweet, funny, and energetic boy! We love him so much and are so happy he joined our family!

Our sweet Beckham turned 1 today! We had the best day doing all of his favorite things. I’ll always remember the happiest moment I’ve ever had in my entire life was the first night we had Beckham in the hospital. I woke up in the middle of the night to Parker handing Beckham to me so that I could feed him. I think it was right then where it truly sank in that I was this tiny boy’s mom. The happiness and love in that moment for me was incredibly overwhelming and I think about it often. We love this boy so much and I’ll never understand how I got so lucky to be his mom. Happy 1st birthday, Beckham🤍

Jack is ONE! This boy has been magical since day one and everyone he meets is charmed by his big brown eyes, dimples, and scrunchy nose smiles. He is calm, curious, tender, charismatic, and gets busier and more mischievous by the day.

Some facts about Jack at this age for memory’s sake. He has 6 teeth - 4 on top and 2 on bottom. I’ve never known a kid to love fruit more than him - he gets absolutely giddy for it and it takes a lot to keep him from eating a whole case of blueberries at a time. As of this week he is walking almost 100% of the time! He’s still wobbly but I’m sure I’ll be running to keep up in no time. He communicates mostly by pointing, grunting, and smiling but dog, dad, all done, and yah are starting to become consistent vocabulary. He loves his blankie, is obsessed with animals, insists on eating with a fork, and finally started sleeping through the night at 10 months (but can sweet talk his way out of bed and into my arms if he tries). His laugh is everything and we will all do just about anything to hear it all day, every day.

We love you Jack Jack, J, J man, Little Bear! We are so blessed to call you ours! Happy birthday buddy ✨

My goodness I love this little family of mine!! They are everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more and I cherish every moment with them - the good, the messy, and everything in between.
