In the last 25 years I’ve experienced Coachella with so many friends, family, loved ones and I have always enjoyed seeing each person experience the festival in their own unique way.  This year was something extraordinarily different for me.
This year I experienced the full 7 week run with our 4 month old son right along side us. I was also able to see my beautiful wife Rita in a whole new light. Watching her be an amazing mother while also being a department head at the festival AND running our business at the same time. I’m sorry to brag but no one can do it like she does. She makes it look so easy and effortless and always with grace and a positive attitude. When we arrived onsite Zack was barely going to be 3 months old. He attended meetings with us, met a bunch of friends and staff members and apparently he even made friends with another baby that was hanging out with Sydney Sweeney backstage at Stagecoach. (He’s so much cooler than us already.)
All this public bragging on social media to say I’m truly grateful for this life we live and I’m so excited to experience this whole new chapter in our life with Zack. Our dear friend Rosie gave us some pretty solid advice when Rita was pregnant. She said, when you have your baby your life doesn’t stop. That baby comes into your world and becomes a part of your every day life. Keep doing what you do and make sure they experience your life with you. So here we are; In just 4 months in this world Zack has been from Vegas to Lake Havasu, been off roading in a Jeep, has driven in a SXS UTV through the desert, has been to California, and then spent 7 weeks at Coachella at an offsite air bnb for load in days, lived onsite at the festival in an RV during show days, has never skipped bath time at night, sleeps 6-8 hours through the night (even with a full concert going on), he’s been in production meetings, and he just keeps rolling with everything we throw at him.
So this post is for our little guy Zack. Thank you for being such an awesome baby. Thank you for being an emotional support baby for the entire staff. Thank you for making every day better. Always smiling and laughing. I love you Zackie.

PROMOTION! Being a third time uncle was already a dream, so when Chuck and Rita asked me to be his Godfather, his Nino, my heart grew even bigger. I never knew someone so little could make me want to be a better man, and now the best Nino. Must be doing something right!

Zack, I promise to show up for you, guide you, and be right by your side through it all. Life is one big off roading adventure. You never know where the next road will lead, especially with your mom and dad it’s going to be fun, but just know I will be there with you every mile of the way. #promotion #niño
