2022 Illini Athletic Hall of Fame honoring my friend and teammate, Charlton Ehizuelen, who is being inducted today in the HOF. Charlton is the most talented and accomplished teammate I’ve ever had. 4x NCAA Champ and 2nd twice. His first Illini meet as a freshman … He breaks not only the UoI team record of all time in long jump… He breaks Jesse Owens Big 10 conference record as well. Pictured are Illini track teams from ‘72 - ‘78 all coached under the late Coach Gary Wieneke. #illini #illinihof22 #illinitrackandfield #illinixc #halloffame #champaignillinois #charltonehizuelen #ncaatrackandfield #longjump #illinoisathletics #ncaachamp #illinitfxc

It’s not lost on me how fortunate I am to have these dads in my life. The very best. ❤️

7 years ago my dad took over a struggling junior high track & field program. At the time, there were only 8 kids on the team. Now, there are more than 80, and today they are State Champions. The girls in this pic, the best of the best, all earned points in individual events & relays. Congrats Coach Brooks!

One of my favorite moments from this past year (and of all time) - my whole family sat down together to paint rainbows in celebration of my 30th birthday. (Credit to @jorrrdanbrooks for coming up with the greatest gift!)

4Beer4Mile - Autumn Edition 2018. Take alcohol mixed with adrenaline mixed with endorphins = people hoisting the coach @ritchiebrooks for a massively successful evening. Special shout out to @mauibrewingco for being the beer of choice for the new WR of 23:43.
