Everyone thinks she’s the sweet one and I’m the problem…I’d like to submit this footage as evidence that I’ve been unfairly portrayed.

The allegations against me are getting out of hand 😂

Turn your practice upside down! 🙃 Join Meg & Nicole for an inversion workshop designed to build strength, confidence, balance, and trust in your practice.

We’ll start by warming up the body, move through an energizing flow to prepare the muscles, and spend most of our time exploring and practicing inversions in a supported space. Whether you’re building your foundation or ready to level up your practice, this workshop is all about exploring, learning, and having fun!

Her: Wanna catch this block with your face?

Some clients appreciate a challenge. Others choose violence. Which one are you? Let me know in the comments ⬇️

Two types of instructors in this world: One heals your inner child. The other becomes the reason you need therapy.

We both love our students. One of us just has a more aggressive love language 😏.

Steal my Pilates side-lying sequence. A cute little way to absolutely ruin someone’s day 😇.

Steal my sidelying sequence! For those days when you want to lie down but still choose violence in your mat Pilates class.

Glutes. Hamstrings. Obliques. Good luck.
