POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Women often step into this season overwhelmed and under supported, taking care of everyone but themselves. For just one day, I’m hosting an opportunity to love on yourself and support your body, mind and spirit as we step into this next season of the year.

• thoughtfully curated journaling prompts to strengthen your body/mind alignment

•yin yoga show flow to restore rest and natural rhythms in your body

•custom scented, non-toxic candle making so you can bask in the scent you create in your home, grounding yourself every time you light your candle.

•sauna and ice bath experience to enhance relaxation. (Ice bath optional)

These are some of my favorite ways to ground myself and ensure that I’m showing up my absolute best for the people I love!!!

Ravens fans don’t need a therapist, they need a detox and a Natty Boh

Last week of Ritual’s intro week pass: $52 for 7 days (that’s the price of a day pass), and the $52 goes toward any membership you pick after. Cheaper than the blood pressure meds you’ll need after the 4th quarter.

Recovery is KEY to being able to keep up with all the miles.

First priority is sleep. Then nutrition. Then.... all the things. Acupuncture. Chiropractor. Physical Therapist. Compression boots. Yoga classes.

My acupuncturist said it best, when your training gets intense, so should your recovery.

2/5 long runs finished and feeling strong.

It's hard to believe the race I've spent four years dreaming of, planning and training for is HERE. Less than one month and I'll be in Cape Town, South Africa, ready to take on the biggest challenge of my life.

When things get hard, I’ll remember WHY I’m doing this.

I’m running for suicide awareness and to raise money for Widdy’s Work, founded by Reese Widman’s parents in his memory.

Reese’s words were: “Do what I couldn’t do; get help.”

Let’s stomp out the stigma, remind people they matter, and make sure no one feels alone.

✨ Saturday Self-Care, Hometown Edition! 🖤

Whenever I travel, I LOVE exploring different social wellness clubs and experiencing their unique recovery rituals. 🧖‍♀️✨

But having @ritualwc open right here in my hometown… AND within walking distance?! Now that’s my kind of neighborhood! 🙌

A little relaxation, recovery, and community—all close to home.

Self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s a ritual. 🖤

Love.

From the amazing staff, the welcoming environment and thought put into every small detail, this place is just perfection. The locker rooms are beautiful, the complimentary tea is delicious and I could not help but join.

I'm excited to try some of the classes that are being offered, as of now, I've just done the individual flows. Time just seems to slow down while I'm there.

I'm currently training for The Great World Race, 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days, and recovery is HUGE in order to stay healthy. In addition to the physical benefits of the sauna, cold plunge, salt room and red light sauna, it's the calm that comes over me the second I walk in.

I come almost every day and am recommending it to everyone I know. You would think I work for them. Maybe I should. 🤣

Love.

I literally can’t. It’s too cold. She thinks I’ll be able to do a minute with more practice. I love a sauna though. And can’t wait to try the ice bath sauna wellness classes & routines here ❤️‍🔥💦✨
