Both races are my first of summer 2026! And 2/4 overall since I started running a little over a year ago

Grateful to be creating memories with friends who’ve become family [@darsrunning clerbbb 💕]; and family who’ve become patnas in running [@riv022 💪]

13.1 miles → straight to the after party.
Ran hard. Danced harder. 🪩

Miles are always better with good people.
Thank you @lululemon and @darsrunning 🔥

On July 12, 2026 @brooklynfitnessnyc and myself held the inaugural run for our Run & Recovery Club in Sunset Park. 🏃🤝🏃‍♀️
-
It’s been my vision to start a run club catering to the sunset park area for a few months now being born & raised in the neighborhood-- & with the help of Brooklyn Fitness, it’s come to fruition. 👏✨
My personal goal is to build a fun and supportive community through fitness, positivity & consistency.
-
From the gym standpoint, we aim to cater to all paces & levels of running experience, but with an added focus on proper warm ups, recovery and professional guidance— that way we can minimize injury while helping our community make sustainable progress. Brooklyn Fitness will also be able to offer focused training programs for race runners & future marathoners in our community. 💪
—
Fast forward to today, we’re gearing up for our 3rd community run this upcoming weekend! We meet at 9am on Saturday; but are exploring hosting runs on Sunday if the demand is there! (Don’t hesitate to DM me if Sunday sounds more like you) Hope to run with you soon!
—
Lastly! Huge shoutout to @yafabrooklyn for powering our runs ☕️ ⚡️ 🙌
