Once in a lifetime, ’til I say I want it twice 🤞🏼

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two worlds one big adventure, that’s how I would describe 2025, this was the year that brought it all together and with it came a lot of new things, experiences, something to look forward to I’m glad after 2 very very long years I finally had the chance to see my friends, I’m glad I feel like there’s another friend group forming here in Texas, hanging out with everyone and going to places I thought I wouldn’t go to like bar diving in silverlake, listening to small bands, going to Austin hiking making day long trips for a tame impala concert, psychedelic furs and exploring or even getting wasted at the Cantina bar in Florida. With the year ending I’m glad I spent the time with family, friends and people that really do care about and this was such a good year. As for the board, zine, timeline or whatever it is I wanted to make something to look back on in the future as one of the best year of all time
Happy big 2026!

Let’s be real...2020 kicked everyone’s asses. It’s been a hard year not seeing friends and family. A hard year of cancelled plans, rearranged schedules, learning how to cope with the rest of the world. I’ve shed a lot of tears and been frustrated at a lot of things.
But there have been more than it’s fair share of good things this year too. I took Morgan to Pittsburgh for our 2 year anniversary, and we’re about to celebrate our 3rd year together. Before the pandemic hit we got to see one of our favorite groups perform live at Rams Head of all places. He’s been my biggest cheerleader throughout working and learning from home and I can’t thank him enough.
I changed my hair color three times this year! Granted to different shades of red and Orange but yknow if it ain’t broke we don’t have to fix it.
I got to see my best friend Hollis more times this year than I think I have in the last few years of him being in college, and I feel like somehow we got closer this year, and that’s a big win in my book.
For my 21st birthday, I got to dress up as my own variation of Freddy Krueger at school, and one of my very close friends took me out for my first legal drink.
Morgan and I adopted our new fur baby Samara, and even if she’s a big ol’ troublemaker she’s the sweetest little bean and I’m so happy to have her.
I STARTED A SALON JOB AFTER SO MANY MONTHS OF WAITING and I get to do it with the same friend who has helped me through school, colored my hair for the first time, and took me out for my first drink, Kait.
I voted in my first presidential election, which was so exciting!
And after all of that I can finally say that yeah, this year has been hard, but overall me and my people made the best of it, and that is what matters.
Cheers to 2021, it can only get better from here.
