You may think getting in shape is gonna improve your physique but in reality it has a massive impact on your confidence, relationships, and overall focus.

By controlling certain inputs and living a disciplined lifestyle, you too can achieve all of the fitness goals you have. All it takes it hard work and consistency.

MG3: Alexander “The Great” Rivard v Jack “Bell Biv” DeVoe Featured Prelim.

This is all a time match in MG history. You had a humble @jackthomasdevoe making his return to the mat against an up and comer @rivard2006 who was not afraid to talk trash.

A lot was said by Rivard, but he backed up his talk. Though DeVoe went up early, Rivard stormed back, finishing with the pin. After the match he called out @c_edwards157 , who had called him a bot 🤖 previously.

Thank you men for a great featured prelim.
