With summer winding down and the kid(s)! back to school I want to pause and reflect on the thankless work this incredible woman has put in. Our baby gurla went off to school today hand in hand with her big brother! They are both wildly funny, incredibly confident, brilliant and kind! Leah has done the work and devoted herself to making our home a warm, inviting and safe place for our kids to land, she’s built unbreakable trust with both of them over the last NINE years. She has given them such beautiful space for ALL of their feelings and emotions. I have such genuine pride watching her raise our babes. And now, a moment to breathe a bit, and nothing is more deserved! I love you LAL!! Thank you for everything….

Happy Mother’s Day to our one and only. To the one who brings smiles, kisses, napkins, snacks (all the snacks), and love just when they are needed. To our mamma who protects us always, but knows just when to let us roam a bit farther than normal, seeing our desire to push and explore….we see you. Not JUST today, but especially today. Thank you for giving us every bit of you. For sharing your boundless energy and spirit with us. You always make everything better baby. We love you!!!
