I was stoked to finally race both Virginia and Maryland lines this year. Huge thanks to @great_falls_foundation for putting on another epic falls race this past August. I would not have been able to do my second race run Sunday on Maryland side if it weren’t for @river_mutton helping me out and carrying my boat when I couldn’t make the step, she is an absolute beast 🫶🏻 Another extra big shout out to @zoepark04 for being brave and coming out with me a firing up spout, pummel and horseshoe for her first time, next year she’s racing!

Had such a blast at @okskeeners! Got to paddle the biggest water I have ever seen and learn so much from some of the best coaches in the world.

Big shout out to all my fellow keeners. Wouldn’t have been the same without yall.

And that’s a wrap! First session of keeners done!

When I was growing up I used to see videos of the keener program and dreamed to be on the Ottawa being coached by the keener coaches. Now after 3 years on the Ottawa I got the opportunity to coach my first full session of keeners! Which was EPIC! And to get favourite coach of the session topped it off 🙏🥹

Thank you @ottawakayak and @dreamboats_kayaks for the opportunity to work in such an amazing program!

Also thanks to the great co coaches I got to teach with this session! @davidsilk_ @river_mutton @euan._.williams @caseybryantjones @kaelinkayak and Becca (get yourself an insta 😂)
