Hey Instagram! My name is Tiana Hoeppner and I have been living out my passion for creative arts since the moment I picked up a camera at 10 years old. Today, 18 years later, I run a Photography and Video Production company named, West Moon Media. I strive to connect with every client, working together to create an intentional outcome whether it be spending hours storyboarding a music video, getting creative with how to gain more business for you through this craft or documenting your family and love stories. Outside of my work I teach yoga to give back what I once needed through my journey of healing and growing over the years. I look forward to what this next year holds and all the people I get to meet and capture along the way! Happy New Year 🤍

@river_roots_apothecary has been a magical stop on the way to our Mt Baker adventures! We are sad to say goodbye to this lovely place but are so excited for her next adventure in life!
The shop will be open one more weekend, so stop by on your way to your favorite Mt Baker hike for some delicious herbal remedies 🌱 We picked up some adaptogenic sodas and citrus passion mixer to create a dreamy ass mocktail on our road trip 💦✨
Never stop supporting local makers, local creators and local plants. Our community is magic ✨

🍊 @river_roots_apothecary is wrapped in medicinal magic. The shop is filled with products made by humans of the earth, for the earth. Every creation has a conscious connection to nature. These drinks hit the soul. Crisp bubbling Holy Basil & Lemon sparking water, a dash of vibrant citrus syrup, topped with fresh mint. We will forever be doing cool shit in nature and supporting the humans who care for her. #apothecary #plantmedicine #shoplocal #nature #bestfriends #love #witches

HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE!!! We are so excited to share with you this incredible collaboration between @newaukum_wild and @topaz_salon!! Alison and Kelly put their alchemist brains and hearts together to create this magic in a bottle! This Salish Sea Nourishing Texture Hair Tonic is made from a base of locally harvested organic ingredients. Starting with a spring water distilled plant hydrosol created by Alison, plant extracts wild harvested by Kelly, our very own Salish Sea Salt, and other yummy ingredients good for your hair and scalp with the most comforting and fresh essential oil blend that smells like the air where the Cascadian forest meets the sea 🌲🌊 It is nourishing, hydrating, and gives just the right amount of volume and texture. We are in love! Available in shop only @topaz_salon and @river_roots_apothecary

Reciprocity is one of our core values, and we couldn’t give back if it weren’t for our beloved, growing community giving us that opportunity. SO THANK YOU EVERYONE ♥️ We also couldn’t do this without the incredible brands and businesses supporting us. Thanks to them, we get to put gear in your hands and raise funds to keep this all going. We really love this thing we’re doing here. Thank you all so much for the opportunity to create more opportunity and community doing the things we love - we are breaking down barriers together!!! 🔨
.
And if you missed this event, don’t worry. Rumor has it there might be some smaller skate meet ups this summer. Stay tuned! ✨🛹

Clothing and seed swap with the women of my community was full on today. We shared different seeds that we’ve all grown in the immediate area. It was fun to share the stories of where we got them and the process of growing them so that everyone can continue to grow them in their own gardens. It was incredible that no one brought seed packets purchased from a store. There’s already a strong seed growing and saving skill set here and we’re continuing to expand the varieties. This is such a beautiful way to connect as a group and to share the abundance that we create collectively.
