The Sacred Pause retreat chose its people again. And the cosmos, as it always does, knew exactly what it was doing. What gathered last weekend was not coincidence. It never is. Souls found their way to a valley that has held sacred space long before any of us arrived and something ancient and knowing held us right back. There was magic. There was breaking open. There was the particular kind of expansion that only happens when human beings dare to pause long enough to feel the full weight and beauty of being alive on this plane of duality. The BOTH AND. The limitations we live inside — we touched the truth of them during this pause and they are a delusion. Deepest honor and love for my dear @hillypow — my sister in this work — and for the luminous beings who wove their gifts into the container — @gaby.azorsky @catiemacken @mason_rose_ @amalgamkitchen @meowmiameow @theinwardguide @chasingalicarr ✨ What you each brought was irreplaceable. And to the women who gathered — who showed up, broke down, found answers, expanded capacity, and remembered you are the reason this exists. The next Sacred Pause is October 23 through 25 in Ojai. Link in bio to save your seat. If you feel the pull — trust it. It already knows your name. 🤍 (thank you @curious.lotus for the photos)

I’m thinking about sustainability — not as a concept, but as a practice. In my studio, replenishment sometimes looks like invoicing. It’s the end of the month. Closing the loop. Recouping energy already given. But replenishment is also discernment. The work I accept. The work I decline. Who I collaborate with. Where I place my time and attention. The past is the past. The future is not mine to carry. The present is what my life is. And I am capable of choosing what that will be. Replenishment isn’t indulgent. It’s structural. Alignment is a choice. It’s how a practice — and a person — continues even when the future is not yet visible. (Spiral graphic by @riverbank____ — shared with gratitude.) Material & Attention — February 2026 #pb30

A few days prior a group of phenomenal women leaders, gathered on the podcast. After a breathing and reiki session with me, after opening their hearts and souls, we shared our deepest truths, around reclaiming who we are as a being, not as a doing. We didn’t all just copy what the other was saying. There were wonderfully unique perspectives on the hard and the everyday and the miraculous. This is value packed for you!
