pages and places pt II

reading by the sea is one of life’s simplest and best pleasures.
the steady sound of the waves is the perfect soundtrack for turning pages, and the open horizon offers a gentle sense of detachment from everything else. there’s truly nowhere better 🤍📖🌊

In Your Thoughts Part 28: How do you love yourself?

This one can be a difficult one sometimes. I used to find it really frustrating when people would tell me to just ‘love myself’ because I genuinely didn’t know how. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that self-love isn’t something you can simply achieve. It takes time and effort into yourself, just like you would for your loved ones.

It can be difficult to be kind to yourself sometimes … hopefully this can be a reminder of what you can do to show yourself some love!! 🫶🏽
