I wouldn’t trade these people or Pine Cove’s ministry for the world. This has been such a transformative summer for me really getting to live in an understanding the depths of the idea that we have peace with God; exploring what it looks like to live in that freedom despite worldly hindrances and past mistakes. I’m so grateful for Taccoa Georgia and the role that little town(with a big heart) has played in my life over the last few months.

The Lord so graciously placed me at Pine Cove Springs on kcrew this summer, specifically on making the allergy meals, and WOW what a blessing and learning experience I have had. God truly can bring joy through the most unexciting tasks because joy is not my circumstances, it’s the presence of God! So I can have joy as I pull mats before it’s light outside, I can have joy when i am tired and have another round of activity classes, I can have joy has I get my 5th surprise allergy, and I can have joy as I work at pine cove because of my perfect heavenly Father, how lucky am I to have had such an opportunity. Learning how to bend low to serve others as Jesus would has been hard but oh so sweet and joyful to do and I would not trade it for anything… even with almost dying in a car wreck on my way back home 🙂

I could go on and on about what God has done these past 5 weeks, please ask me about my summer!! 🤍
