Memories: When New York was your first glow up 10 years ago. Looking back, you imagined your accomplishments would be sealed by this one big oracle of a life changing moment, but nah, it's more like one big blended bucket of failures, victories, mishaps and, as @lisa2motivate says, 'micro-wins' that gradually lead you to the top. I can only imagine the amount of blunders as these skyscrapers rose to their final destinations- the top. As they were supposed to, they pressed on, kept aiming high and naturally built character and resilience. Then one day, we all looked up and boom, they were leaders in the sky. There’s an opposite to déjà vu. They call it jamais vu. It’s when you meet the same people or visit places, again and again, but each time is the first. Everybody is always a stranger. Nothing is ever familiar, and yet it is at the same time. We are all floating in this soup of cosmic happenstance with souls who have been here since the beginning with us, but each encounter is unique. I find peace in that.
