Dear Palestine … you have left me neither sane nor mad … you have made me break all boundaries … with the audience, theater and piano, wearing my mother’s dress, may her beloved soul Rest In Peace ….
I am proud to share my own take on the poem ( If I Must Die) by Palestinian Poet Refaat Al-Areer. He was killed in an airstrike on December 7, 2024, along with his brother, nephew, his sister, and three of her children. A warm thank you to @ghida.halaby @artforalluae @aneraorg @krishnapr112 @_aaa_ya, @b_orosz_art and Ragheb @mr.halaweh for taking this video.

Reflecting on the past 14 days of 75HARD:
1- prioritize yourself. If that makes you look selfish, be selfish.

2- if you’re waiting to be “ready” to start anything then you will never do so! START NOW.

3- fruits and vegetables are a must, plenty of them, please, for healthier guts.

4- reading is my new way of being a relaxed person and I’m enjoying the journey.

5- surround yourself with people who understand and support your challenge and inspire those who don’t 😉

6- when you feel overwhelmed, take things easy. slow down. you’re doing great!

7- it’s ok to miss some outings yet enjoy the ones while they last.

8- prepare what you’re gonna be eating ahead to keep yourself on track. eat enough protein.

9- enjoy being outdoors. try new activities and explore new areas.

10- make every bite of your food yummy and enjoyable. Keep in mind; cravings come and go.

FYI: figs are my fav summer fruit, I love you all and thank for all the daily support I get!💗✨
