Heart & Soul | IC 1805 & IC 1848 ✨

📍 Seben Lake, Bolu, Türkiye

Two deep-sky beauties from a night at Seben Lake, with temperatures dropping to around 0°C and exceptionally clear skies above us: the Heart Nebula (IC 1805) and the Soul Nebula (IC 1848).

Setting up after sunset, getting everything polar-aligned, and spending the night collecting long exposures… This image feels like a meaningful step forward in my deep-sky astrophotography journey. Still so much to learn, but that’s part of what makes it so enjoyable :)

A special thanks to my friend Rızvan @rizvantalha , who generously shared his knowledge and experience with me throughout the process — from setting up the star tracker and fine-tuning the polar alignment to helping with technical details in the field and during post-processing. I’m truly grateful to Rızvan for all his support and patience, and t
