My guitar has been my therapy through every hardship in my life. When I felt alone, anxious, or depressed, this was my cure. I know God gave me musical gifts so that I could play for Him and inspire the youth.

I feel blessed to know the language of music and to be able to connect with others through it. From the moment I picked up a guitar at 13, It became my passion. Next month will mark 17 years of loving this instrument. 🎸 #passion #guitar #firstlove #slumberjoe #journey

A guitar is not just an instrument to me. It’s an extension of me—a voice I never knew I had and a purpose I never knew existed in my life.

I have always felt deeply connected to this instrument. Although I play a handful of instruments, there is nothing quite like the sound and feel of a guitar.

One thing I’ve always been certain of in life is my calling to music. I believe my purpose is to inspire, uplift, and move people through the gifts I’ve been given.

Every time I hold a guitar, I feel the spirit of my Dad guiding me to express the things I want to say in the best way possible. I will carry you with me everywhere I go in life.
