How Do You Become a Great Pitcher? ⚾️🔝🔛

A great pitcher needs more than just velocity. It takes the right grip, balance, repeatable mechanics, precise location, and the ability to create movement that keeps hitters guessing.

Matthew @mattdls_24 has been putting in the work with Coach @coachgonz0 and you can see the improvement! 🔝🔝

Keep it up, Matthew! It’s amazing to watch you work hard and become the best version of yourself. 🔝🔝

Back-to-school prep looks a little different over here. 🎒

Beyond the supplies and uniforms, we’re getting our bodies ready too:

✨ Facials— clearing out all that summer buildup
@rjmskin
🦷 Dentist— because oral health is a big part of overall wellness
@assureasmile
🌀 Chiropractor— getting their bodies aligned to support the nervous system and help keep their immune systems functioning at their best
@fernandezchiroctr
✂️ Haircuts— saying goodbye to those sun + pool-damaged ends
@sharkeys_westgables

🌱 Immune support: @vimergy
• B12— supports energy + healthy red blood cells
• Zinc— supports immune function
• Total Immune Blend— comprehensive immune support
• Berrylicious Immunity Gummies— an easy, kid-friendly way to support immunity

Because back-to-school wellness starts before the first day. 💜

Don’t let Day 1 fool you… keep watching. 👀

This time lapse shows 5 days of healing after my Collagen Induction Therapy, and the transformation is always worth trusting the process.

Collagen Induction Therapy works by creating tiny micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response to boost collagen and elastin production. The result? Smoother texture, improved firmness, softer fine lines, and a healthy, radiant glow.

One thing I never skip during recovery is Active Skin Repair. @activeskinrepair I spray it on day and night because it:
✨ Supports the skin’s natural healing process
✨ Helps calm redness and irritation
✨ Helps reduce redness without harsh ingredients
✨ Is safe for even the most sensitive skin

Healing is just as important as the treatment itself, and giving your skin the right support can make all the difference.

Just 5 days later… healthy, glowing skin. 😊

And if you’re local to Miami, I can’t recommend my esthetician, Johanna at @rjmskin enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, truly cares about skin health, and always makes me feel like I’m in the best hands for 15+ years. ✨

Have you ever tried Collagen Induction Therapy, or is it something you’ve been thinking about? Let me know below!

Part 1 What exactly do professional guardians do in Florida? Well what we're not supposed to do is rely on other people to do things for us because ultimately, we are responsible. We signed an oath to protect the vulnerable individuals and we follow through. Join me on my journey to follow through assisting LE with Court orders to remove an alleged perpetrator from a Wards property. #bso #browardcountyguardians #advocate #teamwork #change

Back-to-school prep isn’t just about new supplies and crisp uniforms ✏️🍎—for us, it’s about starting the year feeling our best from the inside out.

✨ Chiropractic Adjustments – Keeping our spines aligned supports better posture, nervous system function, and overall wellness—so we’re ready to sit, learn, and move without aches or fatigue.
@fernandezchiroctr

🦷 Holistic Dental Cleanings – A healthy smile means fewer hidden bacteria and inflammation, which supports whole-body health (and confidence for those first-day photos 📸).
@assureasmile

💊 Immune-Boosting Supplements – From vitamin C to zinc, we give our bodies extra support to handle the wave of new germs that come with fresh classrooms.
@vimergy

💆‍♀️ Facials + Shoulder Massage – Not just for skin glow—this helps reduce stress, increase circulation, and keep our immune systems strong.
@rjmskin

We do these things year-round, but especially before school starts—it’s our way of making sure we begin the year aligned, healthy, and ready for anything. Because true school readiness is more than just what’s in the backpack.

God helps those who help themselves. How well do you actually know the word of god. I don’t believe you have to be a theological scholar to simply read the word , in its simplest form, to learn and live an honest life. #bible #god #truth #read #learning #scripture #theology #christian Is the phrase biblical ?

Do you volunteer? Day 6 of my 30 day business challenge to myself. Volunteering. It’s a mindset. A mindset to serve, to contribute, to become part of a group, or community effort, to aid in the benefitting of someone or something other than ourselves. Everyone knows 1 person who talks about volunteering at the feeding center 1 day a year, and it’s always on Thanksgiving with the 7000 other people who want to help on that 1 day a year. There 364 other days to “help”. Volunteering with a genuine heart to serve is the beginning of a beautiful opening into a world where you focus less on yourself and more on others. It’s opens your eyes to gratitude, helps you to become aware that your problems really aren’t as big as they temporarily appear. Step outside of your own circumstances and see the world thru different eyes. Open the doors of new solutions you may never have explored. #volunteer #business #entrepreneur #bosslady #businessowner #mentor #focus #plan #nonprofit #serve #selfless #time #leader #timemanagement #salvationarmy #honorflightsouthflorida #church #forpaulfoundation #mealsonwheels #mercyship
