Well this summer has flown by! We kicked off with Lex home for an incredible VBS, her adopting the cutest kitten, Tortellini, Father’s Day, my bday and Lex rushing home to S Ga when we had the good news Blake was returning from deployment!Also, Pres heading off to his last Camp Whatever as a student!

When we learned Blake may not be able to celebrate Lex’s 21st because of work, I jumped on a plane to make sure it was still fabulous. Ice cream, nice dinners, beach time and the rest of our Joly clan came down to see the newlyweds new home.

After a quick break back in Arrington, Pres, Ryan and I took our first trip “just us.” Again we headed to a beach, relaxed, visited charming towns and just enjoyed being together.

Not included here is mom’s fall resulting in hip surgery and rehab. She was a great patient and has recovered quickly. 🩷

What a whirlwind year it’s been, and I’m still absorbing it all. 🙌⚓️💙

Last Friday Preston graduated High School. His years as a homeschooler have been so good. He has grown in confidence, knowledge, and love for the Lord. I don’t think there is anything more I could ever ask for.

While we aren’t sure of his next steps, that’s ok. We don’t need to know how the next chapter looks, because we know the Author writing his story. And our God is so so good!

💕Mother’s Day was so special this year. Having my sweet mama be here, along with both our children and my in-laws, is such a blessing I do not take for granted.

🙌Yesterday was such a sweet time at @lifeptfranklin church. We recognized some of our seniors students, including Preston. It’s crazy to think that Preston’s seven year journey in Student Ministry is coming to a close. To be part of a community that loves, shepherds, and prays over our children is such a blessing. And it’s been so so good.

🖤Senior Prom 2026 is in the books! I’m so thankful Preston was able to celebrate the finishing up of his HS career with many friends he began his journey here in middle TN with. This is a full season he will never forget. And ✨lucky me✨ I got the mother/son senior dance I’ve dreamed about for years. Go make the memories, son!🖤

Preston began his Senior Year at Safe Harbor Hybrid yesterday! 🥹🎓 ⚓️
What a gift it has been to watch the Lord grow this boy into a young man. My heart is full knowing that Jesus has ordered his steps, and I can’t wait to see what He has in store for this last year of high school and beyond.

💐Happy Easter from the TN Jolys. We are back in our old stomping grounds this weekend visiting family in OC, CA. It was such a blessing to see so many old friends today and be refreshed in the spirit at @coasthills. I’m thankful for Jesus, today especially recognizing the way he delights and surprises me. He is risen, friends!
