I know I post a lot of witty captions on here and this is somewhat of a comedic outlet for me most of the time, but let’s get one thing straight - GOD IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED!!! What a joy it was to marvel at God’s creation 🤩

In reflecting on the beauty of Alaska (and the world we live in), I want to share a quote by C.S. Lewis from Letters to Malcolm: “He (the Christian) must make every pleasure into a channel of adoration. I don’t mean simply by giving thanks for it. One must of course give thanks, but I mean something different. Gratitude exclaims, very properly, ‘How good of God to give me this.’ But adoration says, ‘What must be the quality of that Being whose far-off and momentary coruscations are like this!’ One’s mind runs back up the sunbeam to the sun.”

All glory and adoration to you LORD, the sun, and for letting us bask in your creation, the sunbeam! 🤩
