Posting as a reminder to myself… and to you that the universe got you!
Save it or share it as IG will not push it because of length…

***********************************

I want to share something meaningful that happened last week.
I went to a Sofar Sounds activation in Dakar feeling emotionally heavy. My anxiety was loud, and I was questioning everything: my future, my path, whether I was even doing enough.

But something unexpected happened.

@youcancallmerob & @kmou_jango sang in my honour…
and suddenly a room full of strangers started singing my name — “Johana, Johana.”
I was shaking, emotional, touched and shy, but smiling from ear to ear.

At the end, Rob said: “Johana, wave.”
And I did.
With my heart full and my eyes almost tearing.

A reminder: you can be overwhelmed and still deeply loved.
That night gave me hope right when I needed it.

If you’re going through a heavy season, may love find you gently too. 💛

Omg!!!!!! Today @amani.india And I hosted an event honoring Lord Hanuman! Together we taught everyone who came about the Magic of Hanuman Ji, and we also recalled stories of the Ramayana…. Amani Led a beautiful yoga flow with breath work and mindfulness practices, and I also led us through pranayama, and taught the group to chant “Om Ham Hanumate Namaha” and together we chanted for 108 times!!!! We offered flowers and fruits and Laddoos to Hanuman Ji, and then after that we feasted on so many wonderful Indian treats!!! After that, my friends @tehuti_ra_el and Amani dropped me off…I went to the gym for a bit, but then as I was leaving, I found myself at a bus stop waiting to get home…. I had my earphones on and I wanted to listen to music to I asked Amazon DJ to play something… The first thing that came on was “RAM CHANTING BY NEEM KAROLI BABA MAHARAJ!!!! And, at first I thought you were skip because it’s an hour long track of listening to Maharaj and I wanted to listen to some RnB…..but I just listened and kept chanting Ram… and to my shock and surprise, within less that five minutes I received an email that my song is almost ready to come out!!!!! It’s all Sri Neem Karoli Baba Maharajji!!!! I give him all my love!!! I also want to give special thanks to LORD GANESHA!!! because…. After the event… the owner of the meditation center walked up to me and let me pick between two gifts! In one hand was a quartz crystal…. And in the other hand was a small murti of LORD GANESHA!!! I praise you and I thank you Lord Ganesha for also being with me always 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚 TODAY HAS BEEN AN AMAZING DAY!!!!!!!!
