A little glimpse into the magic of our Modern Mum Awards judging day last weekend ✨🤍 From tables full of incredible products and our amazing judges putting them to the test, to the tiniest testers - busy toddlers and beautiful babies who joined us… this day was everything The Modern Mum Awards is about 🥹🫶🏼 We loved bringing so many incredible brands and lovely people together to celebrate the products making a difference to mums, babies and families. A huge thank you to every brand who entered, every judge who gave up their time and every little one who helped make the day so special. We couldn’t do it without you all! 🤍 And this is just the beginning… 👀✨ Can you spot any of your favourite brands?!

One of my favorite days out of the season! Working for a very special private event at the one and only @belmondlaresidencia and creating a breath taking moment to treasure forever with my most talented team. Of course , nerves were running high to get both settings done in a span on 3 and a half hours this you’ll have to excuse the “petals” it was actually rose stems I was referring too 🫣 Nonetheless, bravo team!

Your personality is your brand. I’ll be discussing this on a panel at @ideas_fest this September ☀️ I’ve been told I’m too ambitious. Too outspoken. Too passionate. Too visible. Labels many women know all too well… But what if “too much” was never the problem? What if the real issue was a world that still feels more comfortable when women stay quiet, make themselves smaller and wait for permission? I’ve spent enough years trying to fit into spaces that were never built for women who lead with conviction. Not anymore. The women I admire most don’t shrink to make others comfortable. They speak up. They take risks. They challenge the norm. They build businesses, movements and lives on their own terms. That’s exactly why I created 🎙️ The Champagne Series Podcast 🥂 - honest conversations with incredible women about leadership, resilience, reinvention and what it really takes to build a life you’re proud of. More episodes dropping this weekend. 🥂 The Champagne Series is waiting for you on my channel BrightIAM - via the link 🔗 in my bio above - The world doesn’t need smaller women. It needs more women who stop apologising for taking up space 🔥 If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much”, maybe it’s because you were never meant to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be. #womeninbusiness #personalitybrand #femalefounder #brightiam

🏆 NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN 🏆 Every gym has them. The coach who turns up early and leaves late. The athlete who refuses to quit. The volunteer who quietly keeps everything moving. The practitioner who changes lives behind the scenes. The community champion who makes everyone feel welcome. The people who inspire us rarely ask for recognition. That’s exactly why they deserve it. The Kent, Surrey & Sussex Fitness Community Awards were created to celebrate the individuals, businesses and organisations who make our fitness community stronger every single day. If someone has positively impacted your journey, now is your chance to shine a light on them. Take two minutes. Make a nomination. Give credit where it’s due. Because recognition matters. Because community matters. Because the people who lift others deserve to be lifted too. 🏆 Nominations now open 📅 Awards Evening - 15th August 🎟️ Free tickets available (limited capacity) 🌐 www.piupid.com/awards Together, let’s celebrate the very best of our fitness community. #PIUPID #FitnessCommunityAwards #KSSFitnessAwards #CommunityChampion #CoachOfTheYear #RecogniseGreatness
