Inside Pro Training 🧤⚡️

The drills don’t change at the professional level. Neither do the fundamentals. Just the expectation of precision, execution, and cleanliness.

Same work. Higher standards. 🧤

Good service = better reps. 🧤⚽️

It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. When working with a partner, the quality of your service matters just as much as the save itself.

A bouncing ball creates unnecessary difficulty, while a clean, flat roll allows your partner to focus on their technique, timing, and control.

Better service. Better technique. Better training. 📈

From the coaches pictured here to the ones who aren’t featured, we’re grateful for every coach who has helped shape Golden Glove Academy and the goalkeepers who come through our programs.

Different backgrounds. Different experiences. One standard.

🌟TEAM OF THE MONTH🌟

Well it took a lot of deliberation but I’ve eventually settled on my first Team of the Month of the season! I’m sure there will be debates and I had to leave out some star players but let’s get cracking!

In goal it’s Maharlika’s Adam Braman, who pulled off some incredible stops and was vital in Maharlika’s wins over Stallion and Cebu.

He’s protected by a back 3 of teammate Roberto Corsame, Manila Digger’s Modou Joof, and ADC’s Julian Romero.

In the midfield it’s the excellent Dylan De Bruycker alongside Kaya’s Mike Ott, with fellow Kaya winger Seong-Jin Kim on the right and Jorrel Aristorenas on the left.

Up top it’s a front 3 of Rico Andes, who has returned to the PFL with a bang, joined by Tuloy’s John Loyd Jalique and our Player of the Month Martini Rey, who has smashed in 5 goals in 3 games to start the season.

Manager of the Month goes to Maharlika’s Coach Moon Hong after 2 massive wins against Stallion and Cebu, leaving his side leading the table going into October.

The details before the dive. 🧤

Rockers are one of the simplest ways to build proper low-diving technique — teaching goalkeepers how to attack the ball, get their body behind it, land safely, and secure the save.

Master the movement from the ground. Then add the speed. 📈
