So we at Applebees?

———————————

6 years of Nordonia Track and Field has finally come to an end. Never would I have thought that time trying hurdles in middle school because I was clueless as to what events to do would bring me to where I am now.

As all good things must come to an end, I only hope that whatever lies ahead brings as much joy to me as this sport, team, and family has.

Thanks be to God for blessing me with the opportunity to run this sport with the people I love for the last 1/3 of my life, and thank you to all of you for supporting me throughout the years.

Wherever life takes me, I’ll always be able to look back on these years of NT/F and say, “That’s my family.” I would love to dump hundreds of photos that show just how much this sport and team means to me, but hopefully this caption gets the message across.

Thank you coaches, Thank you teammates, Thank you supporters, Roll PBPP 🐻‍❄️, Filly out ✌️🫶

Thank you Nordonia Track and Field🫶🏽

It’s bitter sweet and I think I could go on and on on the ways this sport has changed my life. But ima keep it nice and short . 6 years of ripping 400s to get to this moment now starting from a 1:30 and going to 48.8 shows how far I’ve come in this sport. This sport showed me how to keep pushing when I face a set back whether it was my 10th hamstring pull or a minor shin splint I learned to stay calm and stay resilient.

But huge thanks to my family and coaches for making this experience absolutely amazing but even bigger thanks to the people and teammates I’ve met through this sport, I’m so grateful that I even get to call some of you my brothers and sister’s and without yall I wouldn’t be who I am today.

But nonetheless all great things have to come to end at some point and I think there was no better way to end it off with the guys and the sport I love most.
