I didn’t start boxing to learn how to fight others. I started because I was losing the war against myself. 🥊

There’s a silence at rock bottom that nobody really talks about. It’s the feeling of sitting on the studio floors, completely out of breath, wondering if it’s even worth trying to beat the count.
Our struggles don’t look like a cinematic movie montage. They look like staring at the ceiling, feeling entirely empty, heavy, and defeated.
The boxing gym became the only place where the chaos in my head finally made sense.
When you are hitting a bag, you can’t fake it. The tears blend in with the sweat. Every punch is a release of the pain, the anxiety, and the quiet desperation you carry outside those doors.
Boxing didn’t cure my anxiety. But it taught me a brutal, beautiful truth about resilience: it is okay to bleed, it is okay to cry, and it is okay to fail—as long as you don’t give up.
If you are standing in the dark right now, please know that it is entirely valid to feel tired. You don’t have to be a warrior every single second. Just stay in the ring.
Let the tears fall, take a deep breath, and just give me one more round. One fire One team

We spend so much time trying to “have it all together,” but the truth is, nobody does. 🤍
To my clients: thank you for being the kind of people I can drop the mask around. Thank you for showing up on the days when things feel heavy, and for creating a space where we can both just be human. Your trust means more to me than words can say.
If you’re reading this and going through a quiet battle right now, this is your reminder to give yourself some grace. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
If you are looking for a safe, judgment-free space to process, heal, and create community. Those studio doors are always there to welcome you .

We spent the day at @rmblmidtown, bringing a little Magic Scoop to the Rumble community. 🥊

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi, try our Electrolytes + Creatine, and keep the good energy going. Stronger together, one scoop at a time.
