Confidence comes from preparation. 🏑💪 Grateful to spend the day with Randolph-Macon Field Hockey, using fall break to be intentional about how we prepare physically and mentally for a deep ODAC postseason run. Our time together reinforced the work this group has been doing since last spring and the foundation we’ve built through three years of Next Play Sports working within this program. We focused on trusting our preparation, owning our roles, choosing courage, and recovering quickly enough to give the next play our full attention. You don’t have to feel perfect to compete with purpose! As the opportunities get bigger, our commitment to the daily habits that prepare us must stay consistent. We love boring! Our outcomes are a lagging measure of our habits. Proud of this group and grateful for the coaches and student-athletes who continue to invest in this work and one another. #NextPlaySports #RandolphMacon #FieldHockey #MentalPerformance #ODAC

I am so grateful and blessed to announce my verbal commitment to continue playing field hockey at Randolph-Macon College! First, I would like to thank Coach Weiss, Coach Teresita, and Coach Natalie at R-MC for giving me this amazing opportunity! I’m truly thrilled to be apart of your program! Mom and Dad, thank you both for being my biggest supporters, spending countless hours at the field with me and attending every game. I would not be here without you both. I would also like to thank the Dukes and the whole Great Bridge coaching staff for seeing something in me so many years ago. I could not have made it this far without all of you! Thank you for always believing in me! Go yellow jackets!!! @rmcfh @greatbridgefieldhockey #nextfour #fieldhockey

Experimental pregame footage from a tilt lens! It's been a while since I have truly challenged myself, but with a completely manual 35mm lens it worked. My vision was to make the players look miniature/toy-like, but I'm still figuring it out. The different focus areas are atleast visible and cool to fiddle with! #ttartisan #tiltlens #reels #video #d3

Was finally able to get up to @rmcathletics and see some @rmcfh action under the lights this past Wednesday. A dominant first half lead to a 3-0 win over Batten (still getting used to that name).
