Our type of (real estate retreat) function 😉

We started wearing wigs at our WIIRE retreats as a reminder to not take the weekend (or life) too seriously! 🤪

The wigs are randomly selected during day 1 at our retreat when doing intros... and it’s a fun way to break the ice 🙃

When we gather our WIIRE community, like at our WIIRE retreats, we always like to have a little fun.

Our next WIIRE retreat is happening September 8th in Zion National Park! Our retreats are now exclusively available to members of our community.

The WIIRE Community doors open again later this year! Comment “ready” to join our waitlist and be the first to know of new details!

Mai Tai is our new temp foster who is also Mojito’s sister. When she got here she was nervous and resorted to the some of her basic instincts which was to resource guard her food. Who can blame her and mojito for being so food obsessed? They were born into severe neglect and starvation. Mai Tai is incredibly sensitive, is a people pleaser, super cuddly and very smart. She would probably do better with a bigger and/or older dog to teach her the ways. She may be okay as an only dog if she gets enough exercise and mental stimulation during the day as well! #theanimalpad #adoptme #fosterdog #fosterpuppiesofinstagram #fosteringsaveslives #belgianmalinois #belgianmalinoispuppy #fosterpuppy #

4 years ago we started WIIRE because we were looking for other women in our same shoes, investing in real estate.. but didn’t easily find a space where they were all at.

So we created one!

Over the years we’ve evolved from virtual meetups to 9 sold out in-person retreats across the US, a podcast with almost 100K views, a Facebook group, and educational hub, and much more.

We’ve learned a lot over the years, and we’ve now compiled all of our knowledge, tools & resources inside our yearly membership - The WIIRE Community.

We have 100+ women inside this community, willing to be real, open and honest with their journey, knowledge, questions, etc.

The WIIRE Community an invite to every go-getter woman investor who is tired of questioning if they’re doing it right…

So, are you ready to feel empowered and supported to build a real estate business that matches your lifestyle?

Ditch the 9-5 and step up as CEO of your business with resources, tools, expert advice, and a girl gang who’s got your back.

A huge thank you to all the incredible investors who came out to our 9th WIIRE retreat in Phoenix, Arizona this past weekend!

We spent 4 days…

🔥🥵🪑 In small group hot seats diving into the nitty gritty of our businesses and walking away with tangible next steps.

🧠👯‍♂️ Masterminding over systems, private money and deal analysis in a large group where everyone shares their experience and asks questions.

📸😁 Getting professional photos taken to use for our businesses moving forward.

🗣️💻 Networking in all the in-between moments of the retreat where we got to really know each other and learn a ton about each other’s businesses & strategies.

🎯🤣 Playing silly games like Mafia and Fishbowl at night that had us cackling until our cheeks hurt

We couldn’t be more grateful for this group! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

PS our next retreat is in ZION NATIONAL PARK! 🍁🍂⛰️🥾Our retreats are open to WIIRE community members only. The next opportunity to join our community membership is later this year.

Words can’t describe what happens when you spend 3 days with others trying to build the same life and business as you.

It does wonders for your business, but also the soul ✨

Our retreats are a combination of group masterminds, small group hot seats, silly games of Mafia, Fishbowl and dumb wigs.

Because leveling up your business should be FUN too. And life is too short to not be a little bit silly.

Huge thank you to the 17 investors who came from across North America for our retreat this weekend. We love you!

2024 we invested in women big time. 1) girlfriend trips and visits 4) celebrated birthdays 5) new book club 6) and read only female authors 7) YOLO trip with Fancy Nancy 8) and spent my birthday at chemo with her 9) Lynx season tickets and 10) a championship game! 11) and female singers 13) we learned incredible improvements to our Proud Properties REI business thanks to @ameliajorei and @grace.investing CEO boot camp and 14) met incredible women I want to be lifelong friends with at the @wiire.community retreat 15) voted for another female president 16) most importantly, we invested in me this year. We called it quits on fertility options, improved my lung airway capacity to almost normal after 2 years of long COVID, and we navigated a long and scary mental crisis after being prescribed conflicting mental health medications. Shout out to @thealexhofer for being a top notch partner throughout all of it. It’s been a seemingly never-ending year and I’m excited for a fresh start in 2025!
