33 YEARS OF “EVERYTHING” ❤️🎶

Today we celebrate 33 years of Everything — the debut album that introduced the world to Joe Thomas and marked the beginning of an extraordinary musical journey. 🥹❤️

33 years later, that voice is still unmistakable, the music still hits, and the legacy keeps growing.

From Everything to everything that came after… what a journey it has been. ✨

Happy 33rd Anniversary to the album where it all began. ❤️

### My VERZUZ Theory 👀

Okay… hear me out. 👀

We all love Donell Jones, but let’s be honest: when you compare their overall catalogs, Joe has more albums, more hits, more collaborations and a much deeper discography. So I have to ask… **why this matchup, and why now?**

Joe has turned down VERZUZ for years, and suddenly he agrees to do one with Donell — right when **both artists are working on new projects**.

So here’s my theory:

**What if they recorded something together? 👀**

Maybe this VERZUZ isn’t just about celebrating their catalogs. What if it’s also the perfect platform to introduce or promote a new collaboration?

Imagine them going through all those classics… the crowd is already going crazy… and then:

**“We’ve got something new for y’all.”** 🔥

I have ZERO confirmation that this is happening — it’s just a theory. 😂 But honestly, the timing, the matchup and Joe finally saying YES to VERZUZ after all these years have me wondering…

**What do YOU think? Could there be a Joe & Donell Jones collaboration coming? 👀🔥**

Happy Birthday, Whitney. 🤍

Your voice was one of a kind, and your music will live forever.

In 2012, I was lucky enough to witness Joe pay tribute to you in London with Saving All My Love for You.

A moment, a voice, a memory I’ll never forget. 🕊️✨

29 years ago today, Joe released All That I Am — an album that became a defining moment in '90s R&B.

From timeless classics like "All The Things (Your Man Won't Do)," "Don't Wanna Be A Player," and "No One Else Comes Close," to the deep cuts that fans still cherish, this album continues to stand the test of time.

29 years later... it still sounds as fresh as ever.

32 years ago today, "U Will Know" made its debut. 🖤

Written by the incredibly talented D'Angelo, U Will Know became far more than just a song. It brought together some of the greatest voices in R&B under the name Black Men United, delivering a powerful message of unity, hope and responsibility that still resonates today.

Featuring Joe alongside legends including Brian McKnight, Usher, Boyz II Men, Keith Sweat, Tevin Campbell, Gerald LeVert, Aaron Hall, El DeBarge, Silk, Portrait, Intro, H-Town, Tony! Toni! Toné! and many more, this collaboration remains one of the most iconic moments in R&B history.

More than three decades later, U Will Know continues to remind us of the power of music to inspire, unite and make a difference.

Thank you, D'Angelo, for creating this timeless masterpiece. 🖤🎶
