Our Luxury Hotel Mini sessions were 🔥. Here's a snippet of how it went with a couple of the ladies!

Each session was unique to whatever the client wanted. Whether it was lifestyle content, a birthday shoot, boudoir, or it all combined! You had the freedom to make it what you wanted with multiple outfit changes, props, etc. The Godfrey Hotel was the perfect venue with all its aesthetics in room, and around the hotel, we even secured coveted rooftop photos!. I can't wait for you all to see some of the shots @brixroom @kyrathephotographer captured! 😍
.
We will be doing this again. Make sure you don't miss out next time!

Last night I was emotional, yet quiet. Soaking in all the amazing stories that OUR people have woven into FRUITION. Stories of people being BOLD, UNAPOLOGETIC and FEARLESS. 💪🏽✨

I am honored, proud, and humbled to be amongst these trailblazers. Most of all... I'm INSPIRED! This isn't the end! Congratulations to all the other Michigan Chronicle 40under40 recipients. It's well deserved! 🖤💪🏽✨

I was excited for my babies to witness all that BLACK excellence in one room. You may think "Nah, they're too young they won't remember that night". But, I say that's not true❗️ My babies are STILL singing "Happy Graduation 🎵 "! I thought that was the cutest thing. Because they felt the energy, they felt inspiration, they felt the vibes.

My babies have given me a RESURGENCE. Before them everything I did was for myself. NOW, everything I do is for them. Because of them, I won't ever stop!! It's only the beginning! 🖤💪🏽✨

Major shoutout to my family and friends for ALWAYS supporting me. I love you with ALL my ❤️. A HUGE thank you to the @michiganchronicle for charging that battery in my back!! Most of all I give God ALL the GLORY! 🙌🏽✊🏽🖤✨ #michiganchronicle mchonors2023 #michiganchronicle2023

🗣️ CONFESSION TIME! …

There was a time where I suffered from body dysmorphia… What others would see I did not! So this is the reason we should document our fitness journeys daily … Progress videos or pics for the win! Sometimes we get so caught up on how we want to look versus how we actually look… Take a real look at YOURSELF! I mean you, no comparison to another woman , no trying to appease a man who probably isn’t the happiest himself … Dig deep into the WHY?!? Why do you want a fatter a** , flatter stomach , thicker thighs or bigger breast?? When all the lights go out & it’s just you vs. you… When you’re in complete solitude at some point throughout your journey only opinion that matters is you’re own … You could be doing the same exact workout plan as me but take longer to show results or getting a bigger a** … YOU may have to go harder, try more repetitions, or go heavier , consume more calories… Do what works for YOU ! Always be realistic with yourself & you’re own body type …. DM me to train you @powerhouse_grandriver_detroit … I’ll provide guaranteed workouts that’ll knock off weight , meal plan & preferred eats grocery list… Consistency like no other
