Literally wow 😭 We really did that.

Was recently given the opportunity to help program and host our first ever in-person event. It was a lot of early days and late nights, but we did it, Joe 😭 and a time was had 🔥

Shoutout to our entire team at @TheShadeRoom and our folks at @PopnCreative for putting together this amazing kick off to our 10-year celebration 🎉 and a big thank you to our sponsors @sheamoisture and @visitusvi ✨

My husband @blksno825 and my cousin @ro_ome

It was a great Saturday today. We cooked salmon and drank old fashions. These two did some catching up and I enjoyed every minute of it.

*Read in the voice of a 14 year old 90’s Valley Girl* 👧 Dear Diary, last night was totes epic! I went to the @bmfstarz series #premiere and OMG 😆, I think it will be one of my new fav shows! Like seriously! ❤️❤️I enjoyed seeing @50cent (such a hunk) 😍, @snoopdogg 😍, @troubleman31 @official_flo and so many talented and totally dreamy individuals perform. 😱 (Oh yeah, and saw Dat aint @dababy , dats MY baby) Back off bitches. *sigh* 😤 I was a little bummed out that @lilkimthequeenbee didn’t perform(a girl can hope) 😩…but, the VIP seats totes made up for it *hair flip* My friends and I even attended the exclusive afterparty, took fun pics, and vibed owt to the max 💃🏾. (As we should). Don’t tell anyone, but I even had a drink! (Okay…THREE! Haha 3 drinks!) I know, I’m so bad 😈. As I told my friends, “OMG! This was the best night evah! It literally couldn’t have gotten any better!” *Adds more lipgloss* 👄 I just love being around so many fun and positive people who like understand me…ya know?! #OMMFGTWSFF

Forever yours,
Kelsey (Ms. Matthews if ya nasty)

Oh yeahhh, 😜 PS: A BMF “affiliate” gave me a bottle of BMF wine like 1.5 months ago. We totally popped dat biishhh in the parking lot before we went in. 🍷 Adds to the theme ya know?!?! Haha! BMF wineee at the BMF premiere, duhhhh okay luhhh youuu byeee. 😘

(Disclaimer for trolls: Anyone who knows me knows I’m not star struck and usually have to be informed of who these artists are anyways 🤣. This was a “for fun” post.)

Thank you to everyone who helped me celebrate my birthday over the weekend…🥳Thank you to everyone who called and texted, sent me $$$, bought me a bottle, got me a gift, sent me a random #JessyLanza song 😂… To those who adhered to my earthtone/neutral color party dress code when you didn’t even know what monochromatic was 😂😂😂 THANK YOU! … to those who just simply reached out to checked on my mental space… My heart is full!!! 😘 Don’t know what I did to deserve this, but my friends are pretty damn awesome!!! I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such positive humans who actually support me!

I would also like to thank @penelahpes who made time in between her busy schedule to stop by and help me curate the food and drinks. I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for keeping me sane! 😘 LOVE YOU ALL!

I had soo much fun last night at the @21savage #pimpsandhoes party, celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday and THANKS for bringing to life a true groovyassvibe.

I was super pleased with the mix of oldies being thrown in with new music throughout the night 🙌🏾! Love it! I FINALLY knew most of the songs at a party. Lol If y’all know me...I am literally stuck in a time warp when it comes to music.
