🍂 Feeling extra thankful this Thanksgiving weekend! 🤍

As another wonderful wedding season comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the incredible people who make Hilltop so special.

First and foremost, our amazing Hilltop team. From the early mornings and late nights to the countless behind-the-scenes details that often go unnoticed, your hard work, dedication and genuine care never go unappreciated. You’re the heart of Hilltop, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without you. Thank you for showing up, giving your best and making every celebration feel just as special as the last. 🤍

To our incredible partners at @rhinodjca and @roadpopmobilebar , thank you for being such an important part of our extended team. We’re so grateful for the professionalism, energy and exceptional service you bring to every celebration.

To all the talented vendors we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside this season, thank you for continuing to go above and beyond for our couples. It really does take a village!

And finally, to our wonderful couples, thank you for choosing Hilltop, trusting our team and allowing us to be part of some of life’s most beautiful moments. It’s a privilege we never take for granted.

From our Hilltop family to yours, wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🤍

Working at Hilltop truly feels like coming home. 🤍

We’ve worked so closely with the venue and their incredible team over the years that we know it like the back of our hands, and we absolutely love being there. Every time a Hilltop couple comes our way, we get SO excited!

This year’s Open House was such an amazing day. So much talent, creativity and hard work went into bringing it all together, and we were lucky enough to do it alongside an AMAZING group of vendors.

There’s just something special about Hilltop, and we’re always so happy to be back. 🤍

An incredible day with an incredible team:

Some weddings just have an energy you can feel the second you walk in, and Travis + Haley’s was absolutely one of them. 🤍

These two were so much fun to celebrate. The kind of couple whose happiness is completely contagious and has everyone around them smiling right along with them.

And their wedding party? The ultimate hype crew. They brought the energy from the very beginning, and the guests were more than happy to match it. We’re pretty sure there were a few “best wedding ever” comments floating around by the end of the night.

One of the hardest parts of what we do is saying goodbye to our couples when the planning is over. You spend so much time getting to know them, dreaming up their day, and then suddenly it’s all happened!

Travis + Haley, thank you for trusting us to be part of such an incredible chapter. We miss you already. 🤍

A big thank you to @rapidautosolutionssl for jumping on board as our Cheers Sponsor for this year’s Business Awards of Excellence!

When you roll up to the bar, keep an eye out for our signature drink, sponsored by Rapid Auto and created by the incredible team at @roadpopmobilebar

Of course, we couldn’t have Rapid Auto behind the bar without offering both leaded AND unleaded versions!

It’s one more fun little piece of the evening and the perfect way to raise a glass to our finalists, winners and the incredible business community we get to celebrate.

Want to join us? Tickets are already almost 70% sold out, so don’t wait too long to grab yours!

Our 4th Annual Teddy Bear Picnic was one for the books! 🧸

Since becoming Hilltop Wedding Center, we’ve felt a little disconnected from the community that spent so many years golfing at our facility. We really wanted to change that and create a few special events each year that welcome our community back to Hilltop — and today was exactly what we hoped it would be.

Thank you SO much to everyone who came out, brought their little teddy bears, played games, enjoyed the treats, and spent the afternoon with us. Seeing our property filled with families, laughter, and so many happy faces meant more than we can say!

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors who helped make today possible:
@rhinodjca
@jacquitherealtor
@roadpopmobilebar
@lakestone_insurance
@engagedbydarcie
@strategisllp
@amyjsocial
@sobeys_sylvan
@costco_canada

And of course, thank you to everyone who helped us support Family Services of Central Alberta through this event. We are so grateful for this community and can’t wait to welcome you back to Hilltop again soon! 🧸🤍
