#studioshots of #bunnyhennessey @bunnyhennessey . Bunny works intuitively across oil, acrylic, and watercolour, building up and scraping back layers through sweeping, unsettled gestures interrupted by hesitation. Her practice is shaped by a charged interplay of emotional extremes — pain and pleasure, fear and excitement — and she cites painters like @maria_lassnig_foundation and Dana Schutz as influences. Bunny has shown with #mattcareywilliams @chilliart_ @roamer_project_ @artistellar_projects @union.gallery and is also is one of five finalists for the 2026 @acsartists Studio Prize. The finalists show together at @gurrjohns in #stjames london from September 22, 2026 to September 25, 2026, with the £6,000 studio-cost prize winner announced at the opening-night private view. By the way, in 2024 she won the @freelandsfoundation Painting Prize.

When I’m considering an artist and their work, I never start by asking what’s happening in the market.

We can’t think of a better way to showcase some of the works of the third edition of @roamer_project_ , an initiative supported by the Aldebaran Collection. Perhaps one of the best views of Madrid

2026 has been so intense that it deserves a mid-year recap.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of these past months. I’ll be taking a little break from social media to slow down, reconnect, and find new inspiration.

Wishing you all a beautiful summer. ☀️

ROAMER PROJECT III @roamer_project_

So grateful to participate in the third edition of Roamer Project, alongside a bunch of incredible artists. This project was shot in Extremadura, Spain. Pictured here are some of my favourite install works 🤍

Install imagery by @otastudioss and videos courtesy of @marcolaborda as I couldn’t be there in person at the opening event.

Thank you ! @roamer_project_
