Ranger XLT went full basecamp mode 🏕️

We dropped a Roamify truck camper onto our Ford Ranger XLT and suddenly the weekend plans got a lot bigger. Mid-size pickup, full sleep setup, ready for logging roads, lakeside spots, and those Fraser Valley mornings when the fog’s still sitting on the mountains.

The best part? You don’t need a full-size truck to make it work. The Ranger handles it, parks easily in town, and gets you farther down the forest service road than you’d think.

Thinking about a truck camper setup? Comment “CAMP” and we’ll send you the details on the Ranger + Roamify combo.

What features does the Roamify truck camper have?
Interior and exterior lighting, a sliding window that lines up with your truck’s rear slider for easy cab access, solar panel prep for off-grid power, and an optional diesel heater for cold Fraser Valley nights.

Does my truck need a rear sliding window?
No, but if you have one (like on the F-150 302A XLT), you can add a matching slider to the camper so you can reach into the cab from the back.

Where can I see the Roamify camper in BC?
They’re coming soon to the MSA Ford showroom in Abbotsford. Stop by and see it in person.

📌 Save this for your next camping trip and send it to the friend who keeps saying they want a camper.

Can you finance a rooftop camper with your truck? At MSA Ford, yes. Roll a Roamify pop-up camper right into your bi-weekly payments when you buy a new Ford Ranger, F-150 or Bronco. That’s one purchase and one payment, and your truck is trail-ready the day you drive it home.

These trucks take you places. With a Roamify on top, your campsite goes wherever you do. You get plenty of sleeping space, room to add heat for cooler nights, and options to set it up your way, all riding right on top of your truck.

Fall is the perfect season to get set up. Do it now so you’re not figuring it out in the pouring rain later.

MSA Ford is an official @roamifycampers dealer, and we’re proud to be working with them on this. Pick one up in store or have one installed, since Roamify handles the installation for you.

Visit msaford.com or come see us at the Abbotsford Auto Mall. We’re here for the Fraser Valley and beyond.

Financing OAC. See dealer for details.

Step inside the top of a Roamify on a Ford F-150.

A ladder gets you up and in. Once you’re there, there’s plenty of sleeping room, insulation all the way to the roof, and three zip windows, one on each side and one up front, so you can open it up for fresh air or zip it shut when the weather turns.

It’s a real bed above your truck bed, ready wherever the road ends.

MSA Ford is the exclusive @roamifycampers dealer, so come climb in yourself right here in Abbotsford.

Got a question about the Roamify? Drop it in the comments and we’ll get you the answer.

No tools, no wrestling, no instruction manual. Just a few pins and latches.

Here’s the Roamify setup on a Ford Ranger. Pull the pins, unlatch, compress and it’s up. Then four poles clip in, two up front and one on each side, to give you a rain canopy around the tent. Your side windows stay covered from the weather and still let the light in.

It’s built for West Coast camping, where it rains and you still go anyway.

MSA Ford is the exclusive Roamify dealer, so you can try the setup yourself right here in Abbotsford.

Save this for your next camping trip, and comment “ROAM” if you want the details.

Your truck already goes everywhere. Now it can sleep there too.

A Roamify pop-up camper sitting on a Ford Ranger turns any logging road, lakeshore or backcountry pullout in the Fraser Valley into your campsite for the night. No trailer to tow and no hitch to wrestle, so you keep the same go-anywhere Ranger with a bed up top.

MSA Ford is the exclusive Roamify dealer, so you can see it, climb in and get it fitted to your truck right here in Abbotsford.

Want to see one in person? Comment “ROAM” and we’ll send you the details.

Jayden from MSA Ford walks us through the Roamify camper, and the side panels are the sneaky genius part. Keep them closed for a clean work setup with no side windows, perfect for carpenters, painters, and trades guys hauling gear. Pop them open when it’s time to camp and you’ve got windows for your canopy.

But the real winner for Fraser Valley fall and winter? There’s a built-in diesel heater port. Clip in the fitting, hook up the hose, and you’re pushing warm air through the canopy AND the rooftop tent. Cold nights at Chilliwack Lake just got a lot more comfortable. 🔥

It’s also prepped for bolt-on accessories like jerry cans and off-road gear, so it’s ready for wherever the weekend takes you.

Cooler’s in the cab. Gear’s in the back. And you just figured out you can close the tailgate from the inside. 🛻

That’s the setup we built on this 2023-style F-150 XLT 3.5 EcoBoost at MSA Ford Abbotsford, and it’s not just for F-150s.

Can you put a camper on a Ford Ranger, F-150, F-350 or Bronco? Yes. These fit across the Ford lineup, and the Bronco version is a team favourite.

What if your truck doesn’t have a power tailgate? A tailgate pull strap bolts right on, so you can pull it shut, grab your keys and lock up. Lariat owners with a power tailgate don’t need it, but on an XLT it’s the move.

Full walkthrough is on our YouTube. Link in bio.

Come see it in person at MSA Ford in Abbotsford, BC.
