Our first event of the year was WOC Dubai.

At this incredible festival, we were there with our first sample roaster, Roest.

Roest is truly special to us. Whenever asked, our answer has always been the same: perfect.
Constantly evolving, completely reliable, and completely consistent.

As we always say, every piece of equipment at Ultra is a companion on our journey – the instruments that make Ultra, Ultra.

Therefore, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Roest. It was a real pleasure to share that moment with you.
We also extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited our stand and tasted our coffees. These festivals are defined by these moments; they couldn’t exist without you.

As for the coffees we brewed at the Roest stand:
two COE award-winning and Gesha Village will be available on our website very soon.
We apologize for keeping you waiting.

What a way to kick off 2026! ⚡ Three incredible days in Dubai for our first trade show of the year, and the energy was absolutely electric.

We brought live roasting demonstrations with the P3000 and L200 Ultra, @almallouhi shared knowledge on sample roasting with ROEST, and our brew bar was stacked with an amazing lineup:

Bridging heritage and innovation at World of Coffee Dubai 🤝

We’re excited to welcome Begüm and Emre Obuz, Founders of @ultracoffee_ to the ROEST brew bar. Founded on World Turkish Coffee Day in 2021, Ultra Coffee Roastery’s mission is to contribute positively to the ‘moments’ of all the people whose paths they cross and to be a part of the journey of coffee. They continue their efforts every day to reconnect Turkey’s 500-year-old culture with people around the world.

Begüm and Emre will be brewing the following coffees:
