⛳️ You’re ONE connection away from taking your business to the next level.

Sometimes the right conversation, referral, or partnership happens outside the office—and on the green. 🏌️‍♂️🤝

Ready to network, build relationships, and hit some balls?

⛳️ Hit us up to set up a tee time. Let’s work ON the green while working ON our businesses.

This is why who your REALTOR is connected to matters…⬇️

This week my BNI Power Team Meeting has a scheduled meeting, which is a reminder of something powerful—
real estate is NOT just about buying or selling a home… it’s about who you have in your corner.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting an agent.
You’re getting access to a trusted network of professionals that I’ve built and vetted.

✔️ Need a bookkeeper to get your finances in order before buying?
✔️ A reliable plumber during your option period?
✔️ A mortgage lender who can actually get deals closed?
✔️ A financial advisor to help you build long-term wealth?
✔️ A trusted insurance company to protect your biggest asset?
✔️ A fitness trainer to keep you grounded and energized through life transitions?
✔️ A pool cleaner, contractor, or home service pro after you close?

I’ve got you covered.

Here’s the difference 👇
Not every business earns a seat at my table. We vet, build relationships, and test reliability—because my clients deserve the best, not the easiest referral.

For my buyers 🏡
→ You move through the process with confidence, backed by a team that performs.

For my sellers 💰
→ Your home is positioned, prepared, and supported by professionals who help maximize your value.

This is what it means to be connected in the community.
This is what it means to have an advocate from contract to close—and beyond.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just need a trusted referral…I’m your resource.

Short-term vs long-term capital gains isn’t just tax jargon—it’s money in your pocket.
Hold smart, plan ahead, and don’t let unnecessary taxes eat your returns. 📈💡

What an evening at @cuishe_cocina ! 🌵🥃
Big thanks to John Melvin and @montagavetequila for sharing his family’s story and some seriously impressive juice. Using wine-inspired techniques and barrels, plus teaming up with Cascahuin Distillery (NOM 1123) — the result is pure flavor magic.
Nothing beats great tequila shared with amazing people. 🥂🔥

We had the incredible opportunity to host Jen Hardy’s Align, Not Exhausted workshop, and it was a game-changer! We learned so much about setting goals with intention and staying on track—without overextending ourselves.

The entire team was thrilled to have so many of our referral partners join us for this inspiring session. A huge shout-out to ByDesign and PresidioWealth for sponsoring the venue & food and for being part of this experience!

Here’s to achieving our goals the right way in 2025—aligned, not exhausted! ✨🥂🏡🔑
