What an unreal day!!

Today we just used this race as a training run for Malaga Half in a couple of weeks and came out with a PB 🤩

Aim was to just sit comfortably and even split the race and that’s what I did. Felt really relaxed and really good so sat at 4:02/km.

After a really hard week losing my grandad, I’m so over the moon with how today went 🤍 He was my biggest supporter always and every race I do I wish to make him proud 🕊️

A huge thank you as always to the best coach @liamatpeak and the whole team at @peakperformanceendurance. The best support and the best community 🩷🖤 doesn’t get much better than this 🫶🏼

The lovely couple sent over some photos from their special day, capturing some of the memories from when I had the pleasure of piping them both along to their vow renewal ceremony and through the stunning surroundings of the bridge 😍

Being part of a day that celebrates 10 years of marriage is something truly special, a reminder of the love, commitment and memories built together over the years ❤️

It was an absolute pleasure to help make their milestone celebration even more memorable, and I wish Georgina & Rob many more happy years together. 🥂🎶

Ironman Bolton 70.3 2026 - 40 minute PB from last year 🥹

Heard someone on the run course say today ‘tough times don’t last but tough people do’ and I am tough!

I love swimming but I really bloody hate Pennington flash I’ve never owed @rob_dee84 a pint as much for letting me chew his ear off for 45 minutes to take away my nerves from throwing myself into that hell 😂

I had THE BEST time on the bike - some cycling legs came into play today and we took off 25 mins from last year! 👊🏻

My love/hate for running still stands but 17 minute course PB we’ll take it & we nailed nutrition ✌🏼

All this genuinely isn’t possible without the support! That course today was incredible! @peakperformanceendurance YOU ARE THE BEST 🩷🖤

My friends & family standing around in the cold, chasing me on bikes, making banners & putting up with me being hangry 🥹 I appreciate you all 🫶🏻

Thursday seen me travel up to Port Appin, and at the jubilee bridge, Georgina and Rob who tied the knot 10 years ago to that day had a lovely Vow Renewal ceremony 🥰

With a couple requests from the couple including playing Adeles - Make You Feel My Love and Ed Sheerans - Thinking Out Loud which was the song they had their first dance too 🥰 they also had me throwing the Confetti for them (outtakes to follow 🤣🤣)

Last weekend’s roundup, 4 ultra marathons, 1 brutal extreme triathlon, 1 half marathon, 1 ten miler, 1 sprint triathlon, a 5K, a pro Hyrox and ten 10KM races. 20 athletes from Peak delivering the goods over the weekend - a random weekend in September and we’re still out here getting the work done. WE LOVE THIS GAME.

Sundays are usually about long runs or bikes…

but sometimes you’ve just got to throw the plan out the window and go on an extreme day trip to Dublin✈️🇮🇪

That’s what Life 1st is all about,
