WHATEVER IT TAKES 🦾 Recently I entered the @canva Small Business Pitch Challenge ‘26 as I felt that could hopefully help push the Always Forward message further and build more momentum for the movement were we able to secure the funding and support from Canva. We have now been recognised as one of Canva’s Top 100 Small Businesses, and shortlisted for the next stage! If we are lucky enough to be part of the top 5 that could truly help our purpose led clothing brand to reach the next level and launch our coffee and chat/talk and train support groups, community events, mental health campaigns, and partnerships, all as part of the forward movement plan. Our long term aspiration remains a permanent home where people can train, talk, connect, create, and belong. Regards of what happens next we are proud to be one of Canva’s Top 100 Small Businesses, and we’ll get there eventually, whatever it takes! Thank you to everyone that has supported the movement and helped carry those messages so far, but we need your continued support! Be sure to engage on our content, and for those that can, please consider purchasing some of our purpose led clothing, but more than anything continue to encourage others to move forward, connect and start these conversations, and ensure that no one ever feels alone. We stand as one. Always Forward 🐺

WE STEPPED BACK NOW WE MOVE FORWARD LEGACY GIVEAWAY LIVE NOW COMEBACK25 FOR 25% OFF Because there are moments when everything gets hard enough that you have to step back, catch your breath, and remember why you started. Always Forward was never built for the easy seasons. It was built for these moments where everything feels heavy. The moments where the pressure builds. The moments where the path ahead may not be clear, but you choose to stand tall regardless. That’s what the Legacy Range represents. Courage when the wolves are near. Discipline when the war is within. Purpose when the way forward feels unclear. Strength that doesn’t need validation. The decision to keep moving forward when part of you wants to stop. So now we’re back. And we’re putting momentum behind the movement again. To mark the comeback, we’re launching a LEGACY GIVEAWAY. One lucky winner would get ⚔️ An Always Forward tee, crop tee or sleeveless tee ⚔️ An Always Forward hood ⚔️ An Always Forward cap (Tactical Trucker or Shield SnapBack) There may also be something for some lucky runners-up to get their hands on as well 😉 To enter 1 Follow @alwaysforwardbrand 2 Like this reel 3 Tag 3 friends in the comments 4 Share on your story and tag us Giveaway closes Sunday 5th July at 8pm. It’s more than a giveaway and a sale. For me that’s about getting back up. Rebuilding momentum. Putting the brand back where we belong. And reminding everyone who has been up against everything recently. You are not done. Stand up. Move forward. And for those that are new here Welcome to the Pack 🐺 LFG 🔥 #alwaysforward #mentalhealthmatters #leavealegacy #strongertogether #youarenotalone

LEGACY LAUNCH 🔥 We are here to leave a legacy. Through challenge and adversity. Because that’s when you develop true strength and resilience. One year ago today, Always Forward become more than a phrase. One year. A year we have built momentum for the movement. A year we continued to carry the messages that matter. A year of continuing to show up even when everything felt against us all. A year of encouraging others to move forward even when they hadn’t feel they could. The Legacy Range was built to encourage reflection so that we may move forward together towards a better future. That’s what Always Forward stands for, and the Legacy range adds 5 new designs that carry messages from warriors of our past to us help build a better future. Stand out designs. Empowering messages. Built on real meaning. Resilience when you’re tested. Discipline when no one’s watching. Strength that empowers others. Leadership that has purpose. Perspective when everything feels unclear. That’s what we stand for. Not perfection. Not pretending everything’s always ok. But choosing to move forward regardless. Every day. Every step. No matter what. That’s the Legacy. The Legacy Range’s available to purchase from 2100 tonight. Always Forward ⚔️ We worked collaboratively on these designs with Rowan Leary, designer @sawbodesignco ✍🏼 The photography and videography was taken by our own Luke Manly, photographer and videographer @shotbypeaksandpours_ 📸

Georgia came to me wanting to get strong, after starting 6 months ago she has gone from a 50kg deadlift to now being able to pull 120kg with ease. 😮‍💨 Sam has been with me for a couple of years, we have now put a focus in strength and he has gone from a 160kg deadlift o now pulling 200kg for a smooth single. 💪 Reece has been with me for two and a half years and continues to progress, we have put a focus on strength and he is now able to press 110kg for a solid rep (close grip aswell). 😤 Rob has been online with me for close to a year, in the summer he competed in a strongman comp and just look at the speed on this Yolk. ⚡️ There is no secret formula, just the right training, the right structure and consistence! What a way to end a session last night with @rdsbrown @roblifts01 at @arc_gym Never walked with the 100kg sandbag before so that’s a huge PB to make 3 sets of 8m with it at the end of each run as the final exercise in the session at 930pm last night. Absolutely, better sleep WILL impact recovery and lead to better adaptation. But just because I don’t get “optimal sleep” doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try. That mentality is going to lead to zero results. It’s the same for you. Don’t let “sub optimal” situations stop you doing something. Otherwise you’ll be stuck where you are now, carrying on avoiding the work as it’s not optimal as if you’re happy there 👌🏻 Give it the best you can, with the situation you’re in. Oh also, I can instant transmission now. Just call me #goku #fitparents #healthyparents #strongparents #strongdad #parents #fitdad #coaching #healthydad #motivation #strongman #sandbag #badsleep #suboptimal #optimal #myth
