A big old PB

Unofficial time: 1:23:59 (official time, not that official as the lead bike took us on the wrong route)

Absolutely stoked with today. Set a race plan, stuck to it and came out with a 6 minute PB.

Man, competing is so much fun. I’ve had a couple of poorly executed races recently and it’s so sick to have it all come together.

Once again, the @oggingtc crew just absolutely annihilated the course… this crew pushes each-other every training session and are genuinely happy for one another when someone succeeds.

This has given me so much confidence to run sub 3 in Sydney, which was always the goal. If you’re interested in following the journey… head to the link in my bio to watch ep 1 that was dropped yesterday!

Back to work, bring on August.
