Status Quo’s In the Army Now captures the band embracing a fresh chapter with a revamped rhythm section and a polished 1986 sound. The album blends their trademark rock drive with melodic songwriting, keyboards and an appealing pop-rock sheen. Its standout title track became an international triumph, while “Rollin’ Home,” “Red Sky,” “Dreamin’” and “Speechless” add plenty of variety. Produced by Pip Williams, with Dave Edmunds behind two tracks, it reached No. 7 in the UK and No. 1 in Switzerland, reaffirming Quo’s commercial strength.

Everyone knows the songs.

Not everyone knows the man behind them.

This quote changed the way I see every new chapter in life.

Thank you, Falco🖤
