There’s something about having your own home that makes you never want to leave. First Christmas in the new house was filled with matching pajamas, presents, delicious cooking and dogs with the most attitude.

First thanksgiving in our new home ❤️ I’ve never cooked a thanksgiving dinner before but this year felt like the perfect year to give it a try. I think mom would be impressed. Shoutout @lefthand_herrera for smoking the best turkey.

Also peep my @prozis tank top in last photo, perfect loungewear

Two months ago my dad and I said goodbye to the house he bought in 1975, the house I grew up in, the house that holds so many memories of my mom, the house she eventually left us in.

Today we got to see the house beautifully remodeled and ready to provide a home to its next family.

While it’s bittersweet to see the home which was once ours, it’s mostly sweet because I am so thankful for the memories I have from Spreckels Lane and for the new home we’ve found in Long Beach 🏝️

Felt so unsure going into my first blue belt competition (hoping only to show that I belonged in the intermediate division) and ended up achieving way more than I expected with 2 silver medals, winning my first match in each division against some really tough girls. Thank you @thekrakenjiujitsu and @cherrythedolly for your confidence in me, I am so proud to represent the both of you 💙💙

Proud of my @systemstrainingcenter team who all showed out strong and ready to battle. Alsoooo thank you dad @robbyep47 and everyone else who came to watch and support. Love you guys 🫶🏼🥺
