And just like that… the HMT boys take on their first opposition of the 26-27 season ❤️🤍🖤

We’re looking forward to another positive season, on and off the pitch, filled with amazing memories with loved ones, whilst honouring the memory of our beloved dad - HMT ❤️‍🩹

We can’t wait to share our journey with you all and hopefully see you down at games and if the boys can repeat the success of last season, a few cup finals again 🤩🧿

🎵 Admin can’t always find well suited songs so we’re just going to go for bangers…

Throwing it back a couple weeks to when Teach Me Twi took over Ghana Party in the Park 🇬🇭🔥

We partnered with @robcmc_ to put the Twi of the people to the test… and chale 😂

Some forgot their Ghanaian names 💀
Some came and collected full marks like it was nothing 😮‍💨
Some came purely for vibes 😂
And some surprised us paa 👀

But one thing we’ll give everyone, they all tried 👏🏾❤️

Plenty laughs, plenty Twi and plenty Ghanaian energy.

Until next time 🇬🇭🤝🏾

@robcmc_ helped us get the temperature of the room and asked some off you to predict the result of Tuesdays game! Let’s just say the confidence levels were mixed, but the belief in Ghana was strong 🤣

Now we’ve seen Ghana’s performance, what are your predictions for tomorrow’s game against Croatia 🇭🇷?

OFF SZN LOWER’S 📈🧨

We have to poooooosh @robcmc_

This has been one of main focuses with @townsend_strength in the off season focusing on acceleration

Some big lift’s yesterday and still week’s to come

100KG Barbell reverse lunges
90KG Clean for three rep’s
160KG hip thrust for six

Looking forward to finally put all my off season work into pre season next week

How do we as British Ghanaians intend to pass on our mother tongue languages to the generations that follow?

Perhaps you were taught, perhaps you were discouraged from learning, perhaps you’re just starting out now with trying to pick up the language. We’re keen to hear perspectives on language and how we keep it alive.
