The Naptown Soul record I did with @robdixonsax @sleepynap @dave.stryker and @samfribush is racing up the Jazz Charts all the way up into the Top 20. Great people, great playing, great arrangements, great performances.

Had the honor of introducing my friends @robdixonsax and @sleepynap before they took the stage at @indyjazzfest last weekend.

Also had to take the opportunity to make sure the crowd knew how lucky they were to have such amazing musicians in our city playing with an all-star lineup. Super dope set and great people to work with!

Honored to be featured in this month’s edition of @modern_drummer . I grew up reading this magazine as a kid in Kokomo, Indiana trying to find my way on this instrument. Grateful for the recognition. 🙏🏽 Go check out Naptown Soul. Available everywhere. Vinyl also available. Contact the Mayor, @robdixonsax for your copy!
