Happy Releaseday to us @ahzumjot & @maliklangesi

New York - your Friday plans are here 😌🎀

🗓️ When the clock strikes midnight this Friday October 23rd, my BABY my heart my little hibiscus flower “Life Is Beautiful Again” is YOURS

🌺 We are, of course, celebrating in community. Starting with:

💿 A private & intentional listening experience of the album at @publicrecordsnyc in their vinyl room, with an opening set by @ursulitaedwards, closing in conversation with my dear friend @dannyghajjar of @rollingstone, @pitchfork, and more!

🌃 Think lounge, think Neo-soul and classic hip-hop, think elevated 😌🎀 More surprises here, stay tuuuuuned 🌻

🍷 We’ll end the night with some drink & light chatter about all things art before making our way to…

💃 @natashadiggs ICONIC @soulinthehorn party at @chocolatefactoryvibes where I’ll be performing a couple songs off the album and we’ll danceeeee together in celebration

Buy tickets for @soulinthehorn via the link in my bio and hit me for the Public Records RSVP if I haven’t sent it to you already!

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN. ALHAMDILLALLAH. LET’S CELEBRATE 🎀

A one-way ticket to Lisbon, one spin at a time. ☀️🎶

On “Cenário,” @flofilz blends instrumental hip-hop, jazz, and Brazilian influences. Inspired by a trip to Lisbon with photographer @robert.winter , the album captures days spent digging through record stores, discovering bossa nova gems, and soaking up the city’s atmosphere. That journey comes through in both the beats and the photography.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, “Cenário” returns with an anniversary vinyl edition, a perfect reason to give it another spin.

Big thanks to @melting_pot_music , the label behind this record🙏🏻
