POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’m excited to share that I am now represented by Courtney Collins Fine Art in Big Sky, Montana.

Finding the right gallery relationship is about more than wall space, it’s
about shared vision, mutual trust, and a commitment to connecting artwork
with collectors in meaningful ways.

As an artist, I spend countless hours in the studio bringing ideas to life.
Having a gallery partner who believes in that work and helps champion it
beyond the studio walls is something I never take for granted.

I’m looking forward to this new chapter and the opportunities ahead. More
details and upcoming exhibitions will be announced as they happen.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my work along the way. Your
encouragement makes all of this possible and especially Dennis Bredow, who introduced me to Courtney.

As artists, it is imperative to remain present while we create.

When we are present, we begin to notice how our process evolves over time through repetition and consistency.

Too often, small successes within the process go unnoticed because we become lost in our thoughts and distractions from the outside world and
turn on our creative cruise control.

When we turn down the volume of those distractions and push them into the background, we allow ourselves to truly see our process unfolding in real time.

Stay present.
Focus.
Learn to unlearn.

Connecting through physical art is now more important than ever.

As we move deeper into digital technology and AI, we risk losing the
tangibility that art creates and the human connection built through touch,
process, imperfection, and presence.

We need creation that flows from our minds, through our hands, and connects directly to our hearts.

Art is the visual language of emotional and mental connection.
A reminder that something real was felt, made, and shared by another human being.

Now more than ever.

In a sun-drenched townhouse on New York’s Upper West Side, a specific piece of art anchors the room. It’s not just a focal point; it’s a tribute.

We are incredibly proud to see Robert’s work featured in the latest issue of Architectural Digest, showcasing the home of actor Patina Miller and
Robert’s brother, David Mars.

The Story Behind the Piece

The featured artwork, titled Hip Hop Royalty, is a deeply personal project.
Created as a collaboration between the two brothers, the piece serves as a
“Mount Rushmore of rap”—featuring legendary MCs like Queen Latifah, Slick
Rick, Rakim, and Nas.

Seeing this “hip-hop royal family” integrated into the “high-impact
minimalism” of David and Patina’s home is a testament to how Robert’s work bridges the gap between raw cultural history and sophisticated contemporary design.

A Timeless Connection

Whether it’s a large-scale tribute to music legends or his iconic exploration of American pop culture, Robert’s work is about capturing a moment and making it permanent. This feature highlights how a well-placed piece doesn’t just decorate a room. It tells the story of the people who live there.

BOLD NEW DECADE
Exclusive new release of 4 unique works on paper will release on Thursday, May 29th, 2025.

To gain access you need to sign up for my VIP link in bio.

It is always good to reflect back on the past and pay homage to the places where you have been, the music you have embraced, the people that you have inspired and have inspired you, and the memories that have endured.

This series explores the Counter Culture of the 1980’s and 1990’s through the icons that inspired us
to do better and be better, to embrace new technology and grow with it, and to the bands that provided a soundtrack to the revolution. We acknowledge you.
