Sent it today... not every day 14:48 is only good enough for 2nd at Parkrun 😂

Great fun this morning in Seaford repping football shirts for the @joshybear14 birthday Parkrun special! Perfect conditions meant things got tasty up front, 3 of us under the previous course record ✅️

Can’t beat the South Downs Way Relays! Always a cracking day.

Nice to see @brightonhoveac win it for a 3rd year in a row!

Let’s hope the legs recover for Friday’s 5000.

Few snaps from the last couple of months of racing! Sadly one of the worst racing blocks I have had!

- 23rd Feb - Raced the National XC - DNF
- 2nd March - Brighton Half goal of sub 73, reality 3 second pb after blowing up (74:39)
- 16th March - Well into the Mara block now and got my first Sussex vest for the Essex 20 miler but blew up at 12 miles - goal 1:56, reality 2:00:05.
- 30th March - Had a fun day out with the Brighton lads at the 12 Stage Southern Relays! - Didn’t blow up this time!
27th April - London Marathon 2025. Goal 2:35, reality, a hot day and 2:46 and some change! Regardless I had a great day out and overall had a great-ish mara block assisted massively by some of the Phoenix boys! Also met some great people along the way!

Not sure what comes next, but thanks to everyone who has been a part of the journey so far!🔴⚫️

@mitjabarcelona Barcelona half marathon 🥇 got a time of 1 hour 56.. 1 minute off the time I wanted but I’ve got Brighton half in 2 weeks to attempt that again. Considering I’ve had an injury and been used to training in arctic conditions (UK🫠) I can’t complain. So proud of @robert_woodward smashing the course in 77 minutes 🤯🤯🤯🌟
