Behind the scenes of Seasons, where I spent a day as a monochrome Roman bust while 7 months pregnant.

Seasons lives somewhere between lullaby and elegy: a quiet song about what remains when cities flatten, memories fade, and history slips through our fingers.

Surrounded by incredible artists 🖤

Touching on heritage, memory & erasure, Tamara Qaddoumi in “Seasons” is depicted as a monochrome Roman bust, besieged by a frenzied storm of a world where heritage is collateral and memory is rubble – a quiet scream and a eulogy for entire cultures and civilizations, where flattened cities and histories are deleted and forgotten in the same breath.

I want to give a huge thank you to the on-set crew who came out over two freezing cold February nights to make our film “FULL TANK”.

Max @maxwell_cutting for your incredible lighting and framing that makes this film look like a million bucks.

Anna @onyabalabonya, for the costumes that bring these characters to life and the branded “Jittery Joes” coffee cups that make the world feel lived-in.

Joseph @jdominic96 always so eager to get involved with a project and keeping spirits high. This was a mad difficult setup to capture good sound for and you did fantastic.

Big up César @cesarvelascoavila our captain, our First Assistant Director. On two nights with so many shots to capture, rain machines to run, cars to break down, you kept us running smoothly and got everyone off-set on time.

Our killer lighting team V. @photoframiac and Rastine @rastiine, for rigging C-stands in the frost and hammering that lightning effect button to give us the thunderstorm to end all storms.

Anbo @anbo_wu for terrific focus work, especially when we started getting crazy with it, pushing the camera right up to our lead’s eyeball, you never missed a beat.

Joe @joeboopatrick, Full Tank isn’t Full Tank without that rain machine. Thank you for coming over the weekends preceding to workshop the construction, making our way through a couple of variations before you nailed it. The thing was a beast.

Oscar @oscardefilm and Ellena Joo, our brilliant Production Assistants, you kept us happy, fed and most importantly, warm!

Yu Leng @buleng000 for capturing these cracking photos to document it all!

Last and certainly not least, thank you to Sid @sidonyms, my producer-in-crime two projects in a row now. Thank you for getting this project into working order. More importantly, the guy’s catering on the night was unreal. That sausage pasta has to be a staple on all productions from here on out.

FULL TANK would not have been made without these legends.
