"Legacy Living in Chestnut Hill!" featured on Emmy-nominated, 'American Dream TV!'

"How does a Philadelphia Community get named one of "America's Top 10 Urban Neighborhoods?" It's one of the Greenest, most walkable; one that respects its historic architectural Beauty; and one with the most dynamic 'legacy business' corridors... Welcome to Chestnut Hill!

I'm Kelly McShain Tyree, your Host for The American Dream. Today we'll tour a magnificent Stone Dwelling; plus meet some Folks who've 'walked the talk' here on The Hill for generations...making this such a special place to live, shop, and enjoy!"

A perfect palette for a summer wedding 🤍

An ornate diecut save the date, a vibrant floral monogram crest, and pops of light olive green beautifully set the tone for K+B’s wedding at the historic @merioncricket.
