A Milestone Moment for Rolling Tides Developments! What an incredible turnout for our very first Realtor Open House, celebrating the introduction of Rolling Tides Developments and showcasing our first two developments, Driftline and Modra! Hosted @saxepointpub in Esquimalt, the evening brought together local real estate professionals, industry partners, and our team to connect, share our vision, and introduce two exciting additions to Vancouver Island’s growing housing landscape. Driftline | 525 Paradise Street, Esquimalt Our coastal-inspired fourplex is nearing completion, and we’re thrilled by the positive feedback and growing interest from realtors already arranging private showings for their clients. Modra | 1435 Lang Street, Victoria We were equally excited to offer a first look at Modra, our newest sixplex development, which has officially broken ground. This project represents another step forward in our commitment to thoughtfully designed missing middle housing. More than just an open house, this event marked an exciting new chapter for Rolling Tides Developments as we continue bringing our vision for quality, community-focused housing to life. A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their insights, and helped make our first event such a success. We look forward to building lasting relationships and sharing more milestones as both developments progress. Interested in learning more about Driftline or arranging a private showing? McLean Mill 10k takes a bit of commitment to get to. A small squad made the trip out to Port Alberni and made it count. @jenn.erick took the overall women's win. @laurafaym was 3rd, @sara.d.kozub 7th. @nathanaeltabert ran 2nd overall, with @robertstarkey_ and Liam both in the top 20. Seven races into the Island Series. Seven team wins.

As I prepare for my final run today, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who came out and shared the miles with me during this journey. Your support, conversations and energy meant more than you know. And of course, thank you to everyone who donated and helped push this mission forward for mental health. Truly grateful. #10kForKindness #MentalHealthAwareness #RunningForPurpose #Grateful #ShaneCyrOfficial

Bastion 12k was the 4th race in the Island Series and the 4th consecutive team win in the Island Cup competition. We had 3 men and 3 women in the top 10 overall led by @brandonjvail with the win, @nathanaeltabert in 3rd and @tristan_bangma rounding out the men’s scoring. Our top 3 women were @waverleymei in 2nd overall, @laurafaym and @jenn.erick . Our small crew refused to let their spirits be dampened by the rainy warmup and the challenging course. That determination and team momentum helped the crew notch 24 PRs. 📸: @lrgb7484, @joecrazylegs

Hatley 8k was race 3 in the Island Series and the 3rd race in a row with the team winning both team competitions! Our new Thursday crew in particular showed no fear of the challenging course and turned out in big numbers for the event. Our top men went 1,2,3,4,6 overall led by @nathanaeltabert @bmantriathlon and Jack. On the women’s side @waverleymei took the overall win followed by @emma_louise.s dabbling in some single sport racing and @alexstukator. We’re stoked with so many Season Bests across the board and love the energy this crew brings to training and racing and the momentum we’re building as a crew! Thanks @frontrunnersvic for an always excellent race and @islandraceseries!

Polar Joe social x Dirt Division The crew hit the trails this morning for a slightly rainy, tiny bit muddy course recon for the Thetis lake relays led by our fearless leader Julia. It was a lovely outing with our usual Speedfarm folk plus plenty of new faces from the farm-curious.. Thanks for coming out and bringing your pals! And of course Polar Joe cold brew/ iced matcha kick-started our post run recovery with their protein rich brews. @polarjoeco @grupponutrition
